Secure and Convenient Payment Options
We make paying for your Nepal adventure easy and safe. You can pay through credit/debit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express), direct bank transfer, PayPal (4-5% extra fees apply), or cash at our Kathmandu office. All online payments use secure systems, and we provide payment confirmation immediately.
Payment Schedule
To confirm your booking, we require a deposit amount that varies by trip type – we’ll tell you the exact amount when you book in booking page. The remaining balance is due before your trip starts. Please contact us for specific payment dates based on your chosen adventure and departure date.
Bank Transfer Details
For direct bank transfers, we’ll provide complete bank details including account number and SWIFT code after you confirm your booking. After making the transfer, please email us your bank reference number or transfer receipt so we can confirm your payment quickly. Any bank transfer fees are your responsibility, and we recommend using Wise transfer service for better rates.

What’s Included and Not Included
Your trip cost covers professional licensed guides, accommodation as per itinerary, all meals during trekking, required permits and fees, airport transfers in Kathmandu, basic safety equipment, and emergency support. You pay separately for international flights, Nepal visa fees, personal travel insurance (required), personal equipment, tips for guides and support staff, drinks and personal expenses, and emergency evacuation insurance.
Note: This is an average include & exclude for most of the trip, but make sure to check the specific package itinerary for accurate information.
Cancellation and Refund Policy
If you cancel more than 60 days before departure, you forfeit the deposit only. Cancellations 30-44 days before cost 35% of total trip cost, 15-29 days before cost 50%, and less than 15 days before cost 70%. Cancellation must be made in writing and acknowledged by us. We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance to protect your investment.
If we cancel due to weather, natural disasters, or safety concerns, you receive a full refund of all payments made, with options to reschedule or choose an alternative trip of equal value. We are not responsible for costs you’ve already paid, like flights or visas, or additional expenses due to cancellation.
Insurance and Requirements
Travel insurance is mandatory for all clients and must cover high-altitude trekking with emergency evacuation coverage. Medical coverage should be a minimum {fill the detail cost} and you must provide proof before your trip starts.
