Niru began working as a porter in the hiking industry in 2004 with a strong connection to the mountains and a thirst for adventure. He is involving with volunteer in during his working, to help for the poor people in the mountain regions. since he is very helpful and responsible person, long time he is connecting to development of the poor people and worked many different projects, like education sector to improve knowledge in the remote village, where he helped some stationary things for the student and dental camp in the remote villages. During the time in earthquake in Nepal Niru is working as a volunteer in remote village. Even after the earthquake, they were involved in rebuilding the remote Lap village in the Lower Solukhumbu region, including the construction of a school building, water and electricity lines, 36-house toilets, smokeless oven for cooking and other equipment.

Furthermore, Niru’s passion to conserving and sharing local culture inspired them to study Buddhism in 2016 through the Himalayan Sherpa Buddhist Culture Protection Society.
During the period, Niru arranged numerous individual trekking and tour as well as Health program, Dental Program, and helping in the remote areas in Education sector with the help of the guest, which is the best thing for the impoverished people to improve their living in Nepal’s remote villages.
