Lukla Airport: Altitude lies in 2,840 M.

Namche Bazaar: The Altitude 3,440 M

Tengboche village: Altitude 3,820 M

Dingboche Village: Elevation 4,410 M

Lobuche village: the Elevation 4,910 M

Everest Base Camp: Height 5,364 M

Kala Patthar (optional viewpoint): 5,545M

The highest Elevation have to sleep is Gorakshep: 5160 M.

Note: Above 5,000M altitude the oxygen level is 50% or lower than sea levels. So, lack of the oxygen, many trekkers have shortness of breath and turning to the altitude sickness experience, that’s the main reason to acclimatization days in Namche Bazar and Dingboche village, it is essential to complete your dream adventure without any problems.

Autumn (Sept–Nov): Usually Stable weather, best clear views, and the temperatures is 0°C to 15°C.

Winter (Dec–Feb): Very cold, dry clear skies, snowing, frozen paths and the temperature drop down  -10°C to -25°C during the night.

Summer/Monsoon (June–Aug): Rainy, cloudy, slippery trails, chances for landsliding and the Temperature is 5°C to 20°C. 

Note: The season will make a huge difference in the difficulty level, so choose the right season to make your dream success.

Fitness Requirements

Cardio training (hiking, trekking, running and cycling).

Leg strength (squats, lunges, step climbs and down).

Endurance hikes carrying a day-pack before your trip.
