Ramita Magar has been an experienced, courteous, and organized staff member since we started Ascend Hikes. She completed her Master’s degree in management and handles accounting, trip coordination, and client communication. Ramita was born in the Everest region of Solukhumbu District and understands both local culture and international business practices. Her education and local knowledge help her coordinate all the details that make treks run smoothly, from permits and transportation to accommodation and meal planning.
